Ageing is part of our life cycle. Catholic Community Services sees being supported to maintain independence through our life cycle as a right. Supporting older people to continue to actively engage with their families and communities builds stronger lives and more inclusive communities.

The experience of mental illness is an acutely individual journey. People with mental illness can often lose confidence in their skills, neglect interpersonal relationships and overlook their own personal needs.

We have a commitment to work with families, children and young people building on their strengths and recognising the importance of safe families functioning within our communities.

Our services form a continuum of support that provides a pathway out of the experience of homelessness.

Our focus on Strengths Based Practice facilitates a rehabilitation/recovery approach, recognising abilities and opportunities and supporting people in their activities of daily living.
