Frances Huckstepp, Service Manager, Catholic Community Services Nepean

Frances has operation management responsibility for community services programmes in the Nepean Region. Programmes include Community Aged Care Packages ( CACPs), general and dementia specific Extended Aged Care Packages (EACH), Volunteers programme and fee for service. Programmes cover the Penrith, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains local government areas.

Frances has thirteen years experience in the community services sector including experience in HACC, Disability Services and Aged Care services and eight years experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

She has qualifications in Social Science, Case Management, and a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management).
