Kerry Lovell, Manager, Volunteers and Community Engagement
Kerry's role is to develop, implement and manage a volunteer strategy for Community Services across NSW. She manages and assist others in the management of volunteers across all Catholic Community Services including supervision of all Community Visitor Scheme Coordinators, Volunteer Coordinators, Pastoral Care Volunteers , Corporate Volunteers and General Volunteers.
Kerry produces and distributes policies and training resources relating to the volunteer program, including training DVD's.
Kerry has the following qualifications: a Dip. Ed. BTeaching (Primary), Post Graduate Diploma Applied Science (Counselling), a Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training and a Diploma in Frontline Management.
Kerry's employment background is extensive, having worked in the following roles - Teacher (Victoria), Student Counsellor (Victoria) , Adult Trainer/Facilitator (Asia), Volunteer Manager (Queensland), Family Counsellor (Queensland) and Volunteer Coordinator (NSW).
