Maxine Subramany, Service Manager, Strategic & Service Development

Maxine holds a degree in Speech Pathology, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and has worked in community services for 15 years, supporting school-aged children with intellectual disabilities, as well as integrating institutionalised adults with disabilities back into the community.

Maxine has a strong clinical background in managing respiratory disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, as well as acquired communication disorders.

She has also completed certificates in Case Management and Comprehensive Assessment skills for Community Care and has worked for Catholic Community Services since May 2006. Maxine is committed to exploring and expanding the suite of services, and service delivery models available to aged care recipients, using allocated funding as well as existing community networks.
