Gabriele Herrmann, Service Manager, Community Support Services

Gabi is the Service Manager for Community Support Services, a Division of Aged Care Sydney. She is responsible for HACC Case Management (Community Options Program) and ComPacks as well as Domestic Assistance and Personal Care Assistance funded under the Home and Community Support (HACC) Program.

Gabi has over 20 years experience at various levels in community aged and disability services, both in Germany and Australia. She has a strong focus on social justice, and works towards improving the effectiveness of service delivery, based on a person-centred approach.

Her qualifications include B.SocWk and Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and she is a member of The Case Management Society of Australia.
