Robin has the responsibility to develop and implement a quality management system, with a primary focus on best practice standards and assessing and monitoring compliance requirements across Catholic Community Services.
Having worked in community and disability sectors for over 20 years, Robin has held various operational and senior management roles. With a widespread understanding of quality frameworks and service delivery, Robin has a commitment to a client centred approach in achieving service excellence.
Robin holds qualifications in education and quality management. She also has a background in, working with people with an intellectual disability, case management, training, group facilitation and change management
