Female Community Worker
I finished school and was not sure what path to follow with my career. Living at home is not always an option for people my age and so I needed an income while I decided if I wanted to attend University or TAFE. I saw an advertisement in the local paper for Community Work and went along to an information session. The staff from Catholic Community Services were so friendly and informative and I decided to give community work a go. I love this job and my clients and have enrolled in Certificate III in Aged Care through Catholic Community Services. Now I don't have to look for a course of study, I am working in an industry I love and they provide all the training I need.
