Clients
Catholic Community Services values your input and feedback to ensure we able to provide you with the best possible care and information to enable you to maintain your health and wellbeing.
We will be introducing some informative articles and a client newsletter, packed with information on weight management, exercise, easy and quick to make recipes and your stories where you can share your life experiences with each other.
We will be able to give you feedback on the survey we conducted and let you know how we intend to implement your recommendations.
And, we will keep you informed of your rights through our Catholic Community Services, Service Agreement.
Community Connections - Client Newsletter
The Catholic Community Services client newsletter is developed through contributions by staff and clients to support the implementation of our Enabling Philosophy of care which is about working in partnership with our clients, building on their strengths and abilities and optimising their quality of life.
We hope that by sharing information, including: resources in the community, strategies to promote health and wellbeing and other clients' experiences of managing adversity we can empower others to recognise their own potential and where possible use this information to manage aspects of their own life. We suggest clients retain their copies of the newsletter so even if an article is not relevant now, it can be used in the future , shared with a family member, friend or neighbour or discussed with our staff for further support.
Individuals are encouraged to provide feedback or make a contribution to the newsletter by emailing communityclients@chcs.com.au or mailing Chris Coster PO Box 1011, Meadowbank NSW 2114.
