Housing Support
Support to sustain tenancy and prevent homelessness - we recognise the need to ensure people are provided with 'more than a roof", that ongoing support, advocacy and referral enables clients to address personal issues that may have contributed to tenancy risk.

Our services focus on;

  • The provision of 'single point of contact' for individuals experiencing homelessness and those who are at risk of homelessness.

  • Early intervention support for those recently housed and also people who are in public and community housing who are at risk of becoming homeless.

  • Longer term monitoring and collaborative case management alongside existing homeless and community services.

  • Timely intervention to avert any crisis or problem that may lead to loss of tenancy.
