Support to sustain tenancy and prevent homelessness - we recognise the need to ensure people are provided with 'more than a roof", that ongoing support, advocacy and referral enables clients to address personal issues that may have contributed to tenancy risk.
Our services focus on;
The provision of 'single point of contact' for individuals experiencing homelessness and those who are at risk of homelessness.
Early intervention support for those recently housed and also people who are in public and community housing who are at risk of becoming homeless.
Longer term monitoring and collaborative case management alongside existing homeless and community services.
Timely intervention to avert any crisis or problem that may lead to loss of tenancy.
