What do I need to become a Community Worker?
We need staff with a passion for people.
We provide comprehensive training on a regular basis, so you do not need a qualification or experience to begin your career as a Community Worker. We then further reward our staff on their skills, qualifications and experience with a competitive salary structure, as well as access to salary packaging benefits.
We prefer staff with their own vehicle and driver's licence, however we also have some services where that is not needed.
Can I work around my other interests?
Yes. We actively encourage our staff to balance their work and home commitments. We can cater for a wide range of work arrangements and hours! For example, a lot of staff work 2 -3 days per week. They can be full days, half days, or school hours - you tell us!
