Areas we Service - HUNTER/GREAT LAKES

Catholic Community Services is operating number a large number of services in Regional and Rural NSW.
The Hunter /Great Lakes office is located in Wallsend and has 20 staff working across the different programs.

In the Hunter Region we provide:

• Living Conditions Program – providing assistance to people living in poor living conditions, including domestic squalor
• Community Aged Care Packages – providing coordinated in home care and support to older people in the community
• Parents and Carers Education – a program assisting the parents and/or carers of school aged Aboriginal children to develop a range of skills to better support their children to remain engaged in schooling and education
• Private and Brokered Services – which can be purchased by individuals, families and other community agencies.
