Areas we Service - SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS

Catholic Community Services is operating number a large number of services in Regional and Rural NSW. The Southern Highlands office is located in Young and has 20 staff working across the different programs.

In the Southern Highlands we provide:

• Community Options Program – providing co-ordinated case management for HACC eligible clients
• Counselling and Advocacy – providing information and referrals for HACC eligible clients
• Social Support – providing various social outlets for HACC eligible clients
• Social Support Dementia Monitoring – providing various social outlets and ongoing assessment for HACC eligible clients with Demenita
• Mental Health Respite for Carers Program – providing carers with much needed in home and centre based respite options
• Hoarding and Squalor – providing case management and direct services for HACC eligible clients
• Private and Brokered Services – which can be purchased by individuals, families and other community agencies.
