Program Name: Volunteer home visiting.

 

Description of Program:

Volunteers visit clients in their own home on a fortnightly or monthly basis. The purpose of the visit is to provide socialisation and to help the client meet their social goals. This may include an occasional outing, sharing common interests, and engaging with the local community.

Eligibility Criteria:

Clients who:

 live alone

 would benefit from a social visit

 would like assistance meeting their social goals.
