Centre Based Care

Centre Based Care refers to assistance provided a person in a centre setting.

 

Catholic Community Services offers a wide range of centre based services. The funding and entry criteria for the programs differ widely so please check the specific centre page on this site to find out more about how to access these services.

 

Services may include:

 

• Social support provided in a group setting through structured and diversionary activities.
• Group excursions/outings conducted by centre staff but held away from the centre.
• Light refreshments as well as meals.
• Transport associated with getting to and from the centre as well as for outings/excursions.
• Respite for Carers
• Overnight Care
• Day Therapy
