Dementia Counselling

Dementia Counselling – a professional counsellor available to work with the person with Dementia, their family, friends, family and carers in a confidential way to educate and assist plan for their care. The Counsellor liaises with GPs, Specialist, ACAT and Mental health, providing assistance in referrals for services and facilitates Support Groups around the region. (HACC funded)
