Dementia Day Centre providing respite for Carers of people with Dementia operating 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm. The service provides socialisation and appropriate activities to stimulate the individual with dementia whilst providing the carer with a break from their caring role. Activities include exercise, board and card games, crafts, gardening, animal therapy and social outings for lunch, scenic drives and to visit places of interest around the region.

This service is just about to implement on site hair dressing for its clients as a value add to assist carers who struggle to get the person they care for to the hair salon. (HACC Funded)
