Description of Program:

Brokered Services are available to Community Organisations, Workers Compensation Organisations or Private Companies that wish to purchase care services for their clients or individuals.

Organisations choose to broker care services for various reasons including the need for specialised, professional staff.  Services vary in length of time depending on an individuals needs and available funding.

• Allied Health * Nursing (not available in all areas)

• Counselling
• Housework
• Housing Support
• Information and Advice
• Intervention in Squalor
• Lawn and Garden Maintenance  ( not available in all areas)
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Monitoring
• Personal Care
• Respite - Centre Based
• Respite - In Home
• Shopping - Assisted
• Shopping - Unassisted
• Social Support
• Transportation
• Equipment

Eligibility Criteria:   Requests for services by an Organisation

Cost to Clients:  quotes are offered to organisations upon request of service
