• Assistance, as necessary, in preparing meals and special diets for health, religious or cultural reasons.
• Assistance using eating utensils and eating aids and assistance with actual feeding if necessary.
• Payment for food is the responsibility of the care recipient (or representative).
• providing enteral feeding formula and equipment, without additional charge, as required (EACH and EACHD ONLY)
