Catholic Community Services provides a range of personal care services which can be purchased by you or your family in most locations in NSW. Services we can provide or arrange for you include; assistance with showering, toileting, and dressing and our services 'In and Around the House' include preparing meals, helping with the shopping, medical appointments, nursing, gardening/maintenance, social and recreational support, respite care, exercise therapy, transport and light cleaning duties.

You or a member of your family may wish to do this when:

• You would like a service that the government does not fund;
• There is a waiting list for a government funded service and you would like to receive a service while waiting for a place to be offered;
• You are currently receiving a government funded service either from Catholic Healthcare or another organisation and you would like to purchase additional services.

When you purchase our services you can be assured that:

• Your place on a waiting list is not affected in any way if you are eligible to be offered a place on a government funded service;
• You are able to cancel the service with 24 hours notice;
• Fees and charges are clearly explained and documented prior to accepting a service or signing a service agreement;
• You can choose the services that you need and the frequency and length of the service required;
• Our services are provided by qualified and experienced staff.
